We will begin by seeing how Jesus assesses and affirms the strengths of a church movement. From there, we will identify the key factors that global research has identified to boost movement fruitfulness and consider how those same factors can be strengthened in your ministry.

We will then turn to the other side of the picture: how Jesus identifies weaknesses, and how honest assessment can uncover the blockers that may be limiting growth in your ministry.

As you work through this, you will be able to see the “force field” shaping your current ministry situation, identify the bottlenecks that most need attention, and distinguish between forces that are helping and forces that are holding you back.

Finally, we will help you move from discernment to action by developing practical steps to strengthen key boosters, mitigate major blockers, and follow through with greater clarity and intention.
