Building the mindset, confidence, and practices that lead to multiplication
Description
Welcome to this course!
Many of us are committed to helping people grow as disciples. But the deeper question is:
Are we helping them become disciple-makers who can multiply?
This course is about making that shift—from effective discipling to reproducible multiplication.
You’ll explore how your mindset, your expectations, and your everyday practices either enable or limit multiplication. And you’ll be invited to rethink some deeply held assumptions about what it takes for disciples to grow and multiply.
What You’ll Take Away
By the end of this course, you will:
- Grow in confidence that God can work powerfully through ordinary people, even new disciples
- Understand the four dimensions of reproducible disciple-making: messenger, methods, materials, and message
- Evaluate your current ministry practices and identify what is—and is not—reproducible
- Simplify and adapt your approach so your disciples can pass on what they receive
Core Contents
