Chill Out!! Avoid Heat Stress
Description
In Singapore's hot and humid weather, working outdoors under a combination of scorching temperatures and high humidity puts the worker at a higher risk of developing heat-related injuries or illnesses. Working in processes that emit radiant heat in inadequately ventilated, indoor workplace environments are equally prone to heat stress-related injuries.

In this introductory program to Safety At Workplace, WSH Series – Managing Heat Stress, you will learn about heat stress-related injuries and preventive measures required to minimize such risks.

By the end of this program, you will be equipped with:
  1. Fundamental knowledge of injuries related to heat stress;
  2. A basic understanding of how to mitigate the risks of heat stress-related injuries.
